K, I don't mean to interrupt the flow of your thread again Kenny but could you dial back how heavily you've started reading into this stuff? I've found no evidence for instance that the recent arrest in TO was of a homeless guy as you posted and even if he was living in a palatial mansion, the story was just as reprehensible anyway. As well, there's not even a hint that Milliken is stressed by the Harper government. He's been the speaker for a record amount of time and he's stepping down from the post. Hardly a surprise.

This thread started out as an awesome resource and it would be awesome if you kept it factual instead of injecting any overtly heavy partisan leanings into it. A little bit of harper hate is fine but can you avoid letting it define which stories you pick and how you interpret them? would be much appreciated.
