Maybe you should 'feel somewhat like maybe' its Big Pharma and their attorneys thats doing the pushing. Then you might be correct. The US government? What part? I have to add an inportant information to this topic!
There were new information here in germany (in the newspapers)
that this bastards also used flakes of lead (!!!very poisoning!!!)
here in some parts of germany. (mostly ex-eastern part of germany)
To add weight to the buds. One young guy died in hospital already smoking it!
Lead poisoning is very harmfull! And you can´t check it out nor remove it
(e.g. with a strong magnet etc., as it its not magnetic).
Really sad story. Some people do really everything to make money; even killing :-(
So be carefull, talk to your seller about this and his sources maybe.

I think the grit weed has finally all gone - most ppl here are growing their own now rather than risking buying that shit!!

yah the results of prohibition dictates the proucts for sale won't be always be of top quality.
there are no quality controls on the grey market.
even novice growers can hurt buds by spraying on the buds
or even
1 time toilet water from an aprtment overhead leaked onto nice bud;
could only rinse with clean water but still......
and through prohibition little access to kiff or bubble or tinctures, etc
moslty only bud to smoke
not dried & cured either, lots of problems

but that's the prohibitionist intent; to take a harmless plant and make it unhealthy

by unregulation and concealment.

this may have been said above but perhaps the fed's contaminated the bud to come up with some lung cancer (silicone) cases

Okay, I only just read the first three pages of this because I am in the midwestern US, and not Europe, but tonight I found myself stuck with grit weed. Been vaping it for two days, and just now I felt something like sand grinding in my teeth. Having heard something about glass on Norml's podcast, I checked out the weed, and yep, there are glass bits in it. Not beads, but shards.

Fuck fuck fuck! I am going to have a very hard time not smoking the rest of this, as unfortunately, my sanity depends on it. I've started a grow, but it's not going that well, and I'm feeling at least 4 months out for who knows what kind of yield. This will hurt me way more than gas prices.

This isn't bulking, this is some kind of terrorism, and I don't understand what the terrorists are trying to do.
