cali_budz707 Carpal Tunnel Registered: 06/04/08 Posts: 2410 Loc: Cannafornia, USA	got it all set up. will be starting the LumiGrow ES 330w LED Test real shortly. i have these pics posted in my Building The Room thread but i thought that i should also put them here. _ _ unit placed at 46" from the ground. coverage is 9'. _ _ the plants look gorgeous under this unit. _ _________________________ Finally the herbs come around, The high grade that me look for, We stock it by the pound.

BobCajun Enthusiast Registered: 06/07/09 Posts: 372	You're going to put a vapor barrier in there, I assume. That framing would mold up real fast. I would staple up plastic and then put pieces of packing tape over the staples to prevent vapor even getting through the staple holes.

I'd like to see a definitive experiment showing what kind of yield to watt you can get with LEDs alone, with no HIDs in the same room to throw the results off from light overlap. Those are conventional HIDs in the background. Are you going to separate the two areas to avoid bleedthrough? If not, we'll still be in the same situation as all the other LED tests. Nobody ever sticks with LEDs alone. They start out that way and then at some point in the grow journal they always manage to get an HPS in there and the whole thing is messed up yet again.
