I'm going to define the Eighties, as it applies to Cannabis to span to 1993. This way, the entire George H. Bush and Ronald Reagan presidencies are encapsulated, as are Cypress Hill's, Dr. Dre's and Snoop Doggy Dogg's Cannabis Inspired albums that influenced the entire Nineties. That's where CC51 cuts off their research, right before Cannabis Culture Magazine starts publishing and Emery Seeds starts overgrowing.
