We have been camped outside North Fraser for 32 days now in support of Marc Emery. We have gotten many good reactions from people and a few not so good ones. We are trying to encourage everyone to come down here and show there support for Marc. We are at 1451 Kingsways Ave in Port Coquitlam and we are here 24/7. If you would like to come down and help us educate and medicate you are more then welcome.

we did survive the bad weather today so if people want to come down we will still be here warm and dry....

A Constant Vigil for marijuana activist Marc Emery is being held at the North Fraser Pretrial Centre, and continues for 24 hours a day, every day until he is free.

Tents and camping equipment are available for those who want to sleep over. Drop by for a few hours anytime, or sleep over to show your support!

WHAT: Marc Emery Prison Vigil
WHERE: North Fraser Pretrial, 1451 Kingsway Ave. Port Coquitlam
WHEN: All Day, Every Day

The vigil is taking place at the jail for 24 hours each day. Signs, banners, and information handouts are available. Food and other amenities is provided for those willing to stay for a longer period of time. Please come out and show support for Marc and demand his freedom!

yesterday was a rough day with the bad weather but we are still standing strong so please come out and show your support and as marc would say "plant the seeds of freedom and overgrow the government"

just to let everyone know on wed. nov 11th rememberance day we will b holding our own small rememberance ceremoney so please come out and celerabrate with us the fact that we can sit here and protest thanks to our ancestors we will have a moment of silence at 11am and then we will spend the rest of the day waving at traffic and celebrating our freedom so come down to 1451 Kingsway Ave. PoCo on rememberance day oh and if anyone plays bagpipes or knows someone who plays bagpipes please come on down and play some music for us

its day 34 here at the vigil and we are still standing very strong. today if you are unable to come by the vigil we encourage every one to go to there local mp's office and show your support for marc. we need to stand up as a community and tell the government enough is enough. FREE MARC EMERY!!!!!

I visit the camp regularly and am continually amazed by the changes and additions to camp.

The ongoing support from the locals is awesome and is apparent when the lunch truck rolls in again and starts handing out delicious sandwiches and treats...good eats Rob!....and the locals who stop in on their way to or from work to smoke a joint and share some support.

The horns never stop honking in support. The signs say Honk for Freedom and boy do some of them/us honk! (Tim says I am going to burn out the horn!)

When chatting with Marc by phone the other day he said that he doesn't get to hear the honking from his side of the compound but the guards are certainly letting him know about the noise being created on his behalf.

If you have a chance to drive by and honk (don't throw things please) do that. Even better if you have a joint to share and take the minute to stop and say hello and fill out a post-card to send to the Justice Minister.

Any donations to camp life would be welcomed, such as: cannabis and hashes, baked goods, fruit, water, propane and peanut M&M's.
