And he was not going by that name on Aug 11, the date of his capture and the date of the alledged offense of KACZOR. It seems to me that you actually believe individuals have no choice as to who they are from day to day and are somehow "responsible" to your view of fingerprints, metaphysics, etc. etc. How very military.

Sorry, no, this is not a "normal case"---this is not simply Bud having adopted the use of another name, you know, 'Yeah, my cheques all say JAMES EDWARDSON III, but you call me Duck, please.' No no. This man appeared in Canada's highest court, the court of Parliament, as Bud the Oracle, Chief Justice, from The Unincorporated Deuteronomical Society. This is actually how it works for Judges who obtain judgeships in Canada, as well---I remember hearing Beverly McLaughlin joke at some talk about her "previous lives", including one as a law student, one as a county court judge, etc. All the world's a stage, and only second-rate bit players would accept of course a script thrust into their hands by another.

This is incredibly insulting, and that you've never even met Bud yet would say something like this speaks volumes as to your character and your view of what it means to be "mentally assessed." I have seen lawyers question Bud's competency in Court, and I have seen Judges shoot them down. Bud is not incompetent, and he is not in need of any psychiatric assessment. If anything, people who believe they have the right to use violence against peaceful herb-bearers are the ones in need of psychiatric assessment, as they are a clear danger to others.

Why would Bud the Oracle get into trouble for Klaus Kaczor's non-appearance? And if they say Bud the Oracle was supposed to appear, then he can say "I did, and you forced me to leave." Being ordered to appear is one thing; being ordered to appear and to act as surety for a thing, that is, a product of conception identified by a name in right of Canada, is quite another.

It is interesting how much more certain of outcomes people who've never attended any court process and who've not ever really met Bud for a conversation are than those who attend, like myself or tokebloke. I suppose actual experience of these matters is tainting our judgement, whereas you who have no idea, really, what is actually happening, are fit to dispense your predictions from on high? =]

Uh, there is due process of Law; they cannot simply do whatever they like to people, as you seem to think. He's allowed to insult them publicly, and he is not making wild claims; it is not a wild claim that a peaceful man should be free from the statutes of a corporation of which he is not a member.
