my pit LOVES to get high. every time i pull out my bong, she ALWAYS follows and curls up right next to me. Not sure if this is a myth or not, but i usually blow a little into her ear, a little into her naisel. She always sneezes right after, and does her little "rub the body against everything" freakout. Than she is usually down for the count. pretty hilarious actually. have fun. Rage tough.

I think comparing someone who forces an animal to get high to Gacy or Dahmer is a bit far fetched. I've known plenty of guys who talk about being kids and blowing up frogs with fireworks and such and they are no where near serial killer level, just Neanderthal-ish.
I'm not saying that couldn't be a tell tale sign something is wrong, but the percentage of people who actually turn into "those kind" of "bad people" because of that is not high. I've talked to plenty of Behavioral doctors about just that subject. (Animal cruelty, that is.) True Mom, kids do dumb shit just experimenting or for the wow experience. Blowing up a frog at age 6 or 8, well, the issue is Why does the child say he's doing it? A sensitive parent can out reason the child and show the child that there are prosocial ways to learn, have fun, and spend one's time - redirection. Blowing up a frog, or torturing, at age 14 or 16 is a different matter entirely. Now the question becomes Why is the child rejecting a peer group so he can (privately) torment small creatures? At this stage, yeah, I think some strong parental concern is reasonable - there's an empathy 'gap' in the older kid that if I were a parent I wouldn't ignore. ------------------ My cats don't display 'stoned' behavior from smoke. They don't care for smoke really, but they live in a marijuana smoke environment The female does nibble on weed plants and then she rolls around on the floor like she wants some sex. That's stoned for a cat.
