Yeah; I'm not sure about how this all works in practice, but it seems sound THEORETICALLY at least.

One thing to remember is that no one in this debate is a lawyer, so it's a hard call as to how it is even is THEORETICALLY for someone not immersed in law, such as myself. But regardless of that, it is being touted as working, without ever had that litany test of a court case, or a open and running cannabis serving cafe, or some other such thing. those who have tried this method in relation to cannabis, such as Bud Oracle and Marc Boyer, made such claims about their rights and that they were unbustable, and were proven wrong, and no one has given a point by point as to why they failed if this works.

I have to agree with Chris here.. Mark Boyer is an example of a 'free-man' not being recognized by the authorities... I did however see Bud the Oracle walk in and out of a courtroom (while wearing his cap) and the authorities did nothing to stop him (his old person was due to appear that day)...so the count is out for Bud.

Mark Boyer claimed that them sending him to prison this time was the clearest indication that Canada had effectively shown we are now under tyrannical rule once again...now and forever slaves to the economy..

The legal oath was changed from 'under god' to 'under money' essentially by removing God from the oath (or at least any moral principle of upholding God in some way). So now the oath upholds parliamentary rule (minority power through orders in council) for the purposes of growing the economy at the cost of people...some must suffer!

I have to say I've personally been witness to the court events and the documents that show the judge in one case of Marcs, came to a written conclusion of Guilt, before his trial - and it was entered into record...yes, before!!

Now I know we're supposed to have the right to a fair trial - but in this instance (and I'm assured there are many others) - Marc couldn't of had a fair trial as the judge determined guilt before the event. Clearly the judge was told to find him guilty from 'higher authorities' - that's why she entered it into record!

The very fact they also use a gag order to ensure no press would ever write about these crimes committed by authorities...well I do wonder how long it took for Germany to fall into tyranny without anyone noticing?
