IF I understand correctly (and I likely do not, as this is a very confusing topic, to me, personally), then why would the court need to issue an estopple for a Freeman?
In the hierarchy someone previously posted (sorry, I forgot whom, as this thread is voluminous), they indicated God was at the top, and the courts/government (I honestly forget which) was in third. The initially vacant second position was claimed by the Freeman-on-the-Land.
Therefore, the courts/government would have no authority by which to 'issue' the Freeman's estoppel, IF I understand correctly (and again, I very well might not).
Am I at least on the right track here, Fred? Exactly... You have the authority to claim these rights. If done in a lawful manner. The courts are not your authority, you are the courts authority. I guess some can't understand that no man has authority over another unless granted that power by the one choosing to be under that authority. This is born out with reason and careful thought. Peace... Fred. The only thing is, it just doesn't pan out in the courts....... and people like Bud Oracle and Marc Boyer pay the price for unsubstantiated "claims" made by the likes of you.

Yeah; I'm not sure about how this all works in practice, but it seems sound THEORETICALLY at least. One thing to remember is that no one in this debate is a lawyer, so it's a hard call as to how it is even is THEORETICALLY for someone not immersed in law, such as myself. But regardless of that, it is being touted as working, without ever had that litany test of a court case, or a open and running cannabis serving cafe, or some other such thing. those who have tried this method in relation to cannabis, such as Bud Oracle and Marc Boyer, made such claims about their rights and that they were unbustable, and were proven wrong, and no one has given a point by point as to why they failed if this works.

For a supposed expert on all things religous and spiritual, you sure are an arrogant fuck. There's no need for us to start that discussion Duffy though I appreciate some one making the observation I felt tempted to make. Cheers
