Something in my gut feeling about this post says Is this supposed to be reverse psychology to get people to go look at the site? Well I looked but not impressed. Seem like they sell stuff I could make my basement with a trip to homedepot and a hydro shop. In other words their products look DIY projects for sale. Sorry if you really got ripped or something but going with my gut on this one.

Yes, I have been ripped off and treated with no respect by that company...Shady Sheds they should call themselves....Shining me when I call....taking 30 days to send the product out when I paid for it to get shipped pronto...the unit was an oven....they made me pay to send it back then after signing off on the parts (that they were not broken) they claimed that they were..I could go on and on....just uncool.....I just chaulked it up as another rippoff..(got some good karma comin my way) lates....Mandingo rules!

if you think karma is going to avenge anything then the global free market is going to eat you alive, brother......
should've used a reputable dealer. these are obviously not made in a factory under strict quality control standards...look at the pictures.... that thing is a $200 locker with a bundle of insulation, mylar and ducting thrown at it with some generic fans and lights.....
its a fucking cool tube and a rubbermaid container wrapped in foil....you could make the same thing for way less, and I would love to see the way it was shipped and the assembly instructions... sorry if I sound cynical, but the whole website screams 'unprofessional'....since you posted about the BBB, here's something from the FAQ section on YOUR manufacturers website...
How Do You Compare To The Competition?
Due to very high number of complaints about different companies and bad experiences when buying other companies products, we've decided to add this to the FAQ's. We get calls every week asking for tech support on failing products from different competitors, and it is very sad to hear the sob stories.
First, you should check the BBB rating for other companies. Many 'companies' have nice websites, but are a one man garage operation and basically slap systems together with no research and development. When looking at some of these systems we can very easily see multiple design flaws we scratched after numerous tests. We spend over 18 months testing each of our systems prior to putting them into the market. That is why we know WHAT WORKS and WHAT DOESN'T.
Also check the address for their 'business', and you may notice their business address is for their home residence. This means it is a one man operation and your warranty, products, and service will most likely be substandard.
You will also notice we are the only company that provides auto-fill float valves, ultrasonic foggers, ozone generators (safe output levels by the way), 24 hour support, digital conversion ballasts, MH AND HPS BULBS, and countless other add-ons as standard.
We encourage you to check out ALL of our competitors and do YOUR research, so you can come to an educated decision. Once you have all the information in front of you we know we'll come out #1, which is why we are by far the worlds largest manufacturer of turn-key grow boxes.
if you reached 110f, what are the temps outside this cabinet, in the room its utilized in?
for $2000 you could set up a couple thousand watts of HPS, add an air conditioner and pump out pounds.
