hey rebeldawg. how ya been man? how was your last harvest? i refered someone over here because they were asking about led lighting on another forum that i use. you use um and have some experience so i figured it was cool. how was the final product for you?

hows everyone doin? im finally back up and running. my cpu took a huge crap again. this time it took me a while to get another one, due to the fact that my wife also gave birth to my 2 beautiful twin daughters. man, kids can take it all out of you. anyways i will be posting some brand new pics of my led setup. i finally bit the bullet and opted for a LumiGrow. it only cost me $450, so i thought 'fuck it' then 'hell yeah'. this thing rocks. it melts your face off. i have it over 6 of my Purple Rain girls. it is covering a 3x4 box, and is 12" above the canopy. the people at LumiGrow say to add some CFL with it. they say that adding 125w of CFL will bring the light up to par with a 1000w HID. but enough rambling, i will have pics poted shortly. its good to be back in action. WHAT UP DAWG!

TiSmart Bar fron Canada is junk for plants that are to yield heavily. Know cats that had 6 full units in a room and it gave them tops 38% of normal harvest.

the TiSmart Bar is a unit that is supposed to equal a 1000 watter only using 450 watts and is liquid colled for a cost of $1900 per unit. Pros - they are much cooler temp wise. Cons - they freakin suck and produce about 38% of real 1000 watters. 3rd - we also known cats in the industry that did testing for TiSmart Bar corp and after grows truend out weak for 2 cycles, the corp accepted back the products but hasnt return they testers cash. units werw $1900 a piece. Watch out for scam artists out there. As for other LED units, I havent heard and cant speak on them. Just the TiSmart Bars out of Canada.

ive seen threads where the SmartBar matched up with a 1000w HPS perfectly. you really have to keep the water chilled if you want the LEDs to put out their maximum brightness. the colder the water, the brighter the lights. TI is kicking ass with their units, and thats only their current lights.

also check out www.indooragriculture.com. their leds are flying off the shelves. they also had a nutrient line specifically for LED grows, called 'B.U.D.S'. prices are off the chain compared to other sites. they got it all.
