Tea Bagger Blog Fail of the Day
If you recall, wingnuts were mailing tea bags to various public officials, but, ironically enough, post-9/11 security measures were preventing the tea bags from getting to their intended recipients. So now there's an effort to send photos of tea bags instead.

Urban Dictionary: Tea Bagger

1. Dipping your testicles into the open mouth of another person. Kind of like dipping a tea bag in and out of a cup of water.

It's April 15, and apparently some people are buying bags of a different kind of tea (Pekoe, not sensi) and waving them around, or mailing them, or something, in some kind of FOXnews-run protest against taxes that don't exist yet... and gay abortion, I think -- it's been getting kind of confusing (it seemed to start as one thing and get co-opted so many times that I'm not sure anyone knows what it means.)

Also apparently, there's some teabagging going on, though people seem to be still learning the term.

In the meantime, there are a group of citizens that are begging the U.S. government to let them pay taxes, and, in a time of economic disaster, the government laughs at them.

So today, all they'll get from that group is a mock check.

What fools we be! U.S. HAS ONE OF THE LOWEST TAX SYSTEMS IN THE WORLD, and these people are out there protesting a 3% tax hike on the top 5%, 95% of them will see no tax increase. But they fall for the line" 80% of the tax's come from 5% of the people" yes but that 5% holds 95% of the wealth so they have 15% that is not really being taxed.

I fall in that "other 95%" and my "taxes" have done nuttin' but increase, and i am afraid this is just the beginning.
"What taxes?" you may ask? So far, my SS tax is more.(2008) No income tax, but that is the LEAST of what i'd call taxes. Taxes on ALL vice. cigs and alcohol, gas, property, sales... And NOW they want to do this "Cap & Trade". Sounds like we are about to get it again. I hope common sense rules out here. IT IS STUPID to charge MO'! for necessities,if we don't HAVE to, when we all scramblin'.

the funny thing is, i never heard of the term "teabagging" until the democratic miscreants enlightened me on the subject..that should give you a little insight regarding who actually IS doing the "tea bagging"...

nobody likes paying taxes but how else can your country repay the $11 trillion that the government borrowed in your name (mostly by republicans nixon, reagan, and bush)? george bush insanely cut taxes while increasing federal spending by 50% and waging two wars...if republicans had been protesting against big spending republicans for the past 8 years there wouldn't be any need for tax increases...george bush's first budget projected 10 years of straight budget surpluses that would pay off $2 trillion of the national debt, and fill the treasury with another trillion in excess loot...he turned a $3 trillion surplus into a $5 trillion deficit (off budget by $1 trillion per year)...bush doubled the national debt in only 8 years, and left the country with an endless string of projected deficits that will double the national debt again in about 10 years even if spending increases are restricted to inflation

protesting high taxes now is worse than shutting the barn door after the horse runs away...it's more like burning the barn down and demanding a refund for the money you paid to build the barn

AFAIK the whole conversion of "tea parties" to "Teabagging parties" was an excellent example of how the MSM can fuck with language. I didn't hear any supporters calling them "teabag parties", certainly not "teabagging parties." It was not the "Boston Teabag Party" nor the "Boston Teabagging Party."
