I should have the first set of primers designed by this weekend.
But I need to make some modifications to my thermocycler.
Right now, I have to manually adjust the temp...
For one PCR, its not a big deal, but this will be several dozen.

I'm going to get some kind of temp probe that I can interface with the computer
and I'll modify the timer program I used on the LED tote
to do the cycling for me...

I don't think that will take too long though, then its off to work.
I'll have enough primer to do the whole process about 20 times,
so if I fuck up the first few times, I'm covered...

I'll share as much information as I can. One thing I can't post though, are the primers...
They'd gives me away to the cops faster than a finger print.
Once everything's done and I have a transgenetic plant that gets you high,
I will share that with those who are interested...

No, that's $300 for enough primer to do each set of plants about 20 times.

But then there's plasmid kits, PCR kits, E Coli, Agar stuff... there's another $400-500...

It isn't cheap, but it's not the millions most people would probably think...

Actually, because of the Designer Drug laws passed in the 80s,
these transgenetic plants would already be considered illegal.

Who knows, it may be possible to make several plants that get
you high even better than regular weed does...
What would LEO do if any plant could be a 'pot' plant?

this would be amazing and i would definately buy some transgenetic seeds, ahah just make sure you make it with something thats not too nasty too smoke.. . although you could always jus make baked goods :D:D
