I was thinking of different things to Google and I typed in "contact high". A bunch of stuff came up about people discussing if you can actually get a contact high or if it was purely psychological.

What are your thoughts?

If you inhale enough smoke for the thc to coat your lungs then you are high doesn't matter if you hit the joint[ fast high] or slowly breathed enough.

I've hotboxed a few nonsmoking friends, and yes, they did get high from contact with the smoke.

Nah, I don't buy the contact high bs. For me when people are in a good mood, that is passed on to others until a kill joy comes along.

Contact high - i've heard of that but i think in a slightly different context from what you guys are talking about

i was told when you're on a drug such as acid, if you pet your dog or cat they can get a little bit of a contact high

i figured it was pretty much bull shit but who knows, my hands do get sweaty when i do e.. and my cat seems pretty damn happy..

Contact high is getting a buzz off just the smoke in the air no acid or touching involved.

I've gotten the munchies a time or 2 just from chilling in a smoke filled area so I would say yes contact high is a fact of life. haha
