well BCCPHC you may not be paranoid but others are. I refer to these people as paranoid narkers. Most people don't know what a narc will look like or behave.

And even some of the best have been sacked by a narc.

But simply avoiding a nice place such as the VSB is a lame thing. I've been in tons of lounges like the vsb and everyone of them had a customer in it that pissed me off.

It's just like any other social establishment. Got to take the good with the bad I suppose.

The Vancouver Seed Bank has opened a second location, right across the street from Marc Emery's shop.

And we're still hosting awesome pot parties on the last Saturday of every month at the original location.

It's not the original Hemp BC location.

That place stands empty now, because the landlords specifically don't want to rent it to any sort of pot-friendly business. So it isn't being rented at all.

before emery moved in there with the first hempbc, that block was a no-go zone for tourists and most west enders...more retail canna-capitalist businesses would attract more business...what's their plan? to hold out for a flower shop???

the landlords are probably waiting for the real estate market to rebound after the olympics to rent it out for a kings ransom...i worked in banff during the 88 olympics and nobody showed up...i bet the same thing happens outside the mainstream downtown hotels

Well I'll be in town sometime in the near future, and I most certainly hope to stop by and check this place out. Hopefully more than once, if I can afford it.

I need to stop by here sometime. Seems like a good place to spend an evening studying ^^
