Fascism must be an authoritarian centralized form of government. This is not the case in the United States. My fucking Medical Marijuana Card proves that individual states in the Union are still exercising their rights to self dtetermination. There is no income tax in Nevada. Florida is a,"Right to Work", state; anyone can legally cross a picket line to go to work for the company their labor union is striking against. Legally, I can strap on a loaded handgun and walk down the street in Eastern Oregon, but I wouldn`t try it in San Francisco, California.
