I think the true intention of the Sparring Room is lost on many of the more recent poster's.

I feel it necessary to remind the good folks here that the intention of this room was to air disagreements with others in a safe place to facilitate a better flow of information in the Grow Room section. Most people there are seeking knowledge, not drama.

Fortunately, there has been little 'drama' in the grow threads of late. Why might that be?

I might support the notion that the same could be said for the news and activist section -- feel free to air your grudges here, as well. But unfortunately for you Benjamin, DML doesn't pop down here that often. My point is, the Sparring Room is not the Yo Mamma thread. It's not about a continuous string of insults, seeing who might outdo another, again, let me refer you to The Dozens thread for that. Good Jebus, you're even interrupting the flow of perfectly good grudges. This is the place to finish off grudges, not start them.
