Spray on some enhanced CBG/THC genes to increase the high...
Then spray on some CBNs to add a nice body buzz...
Then some terpene combos... make it taste like oranges...

Virial vectors are fairy common, so it would be very possible to do just that. If you had a host virus that could infect Cannabis... I'm not working with virial vectors though. E Coli and heat shock should give me a more flexible delivery method because I want to transform several species of plants, not just Cannabis. So, no spray on super weed... at least until I'm happy with the non Cannabis transformations...

I'm hoping to have plants ready by mid-April.

I've been giving serious thought towards following the BioBrick format.

And I've been researching DNA inhibitors. I think it might be possible to put all the Cannabiod and Terpene genes in one plant and then use inhibitors added to the nutes to customize which genes are expressed and to what degree... It'd be the every flavor, every high plant. Grow several and have each one completely different, based on the inhibitor mix...

would it be possible to make varieties that autoflower... without having a ruderalis bred in? I mean could you potentially find that gene and insert it into a normal strain? Would this be done on a seed level, or to a mother plant?

It's the application of all this that really confuses me. What comes first... the gmo pot, or the gmo seed?
