i agree with the water cure route. from what you describe it should be a MUST for you. water cure first, hash it later if you want to. you wont be dissapointed.

Caustic, how's it goin' Last time we spoke I was running some tests with isomozirazation. I had poor results if you were still curious. Somehow, after evaporation, I ended up with a pyrex full of nothing. Still not sure where I went wrong, but I seem to have made the oz of contaminated bubble disappear(some fiber from the clothes washer run). Anyway, this is what I've decided to do:
I have 8 oz. of this burned bud. It works, I get really high, but it crackles and sizzles. I've decided to split the 8 oz up into 1 oz chunks. I hand ground the whole lot before hand, which may, or may not, be a mistake. I will be running a different extration method for each oz. I've decided to run:
1. Tumbled 2. Bubbled 3. Quick ISO (QUISO) 4. Quick Acetone 5. Blender 6. Frozen Iso Blender 7. Frozen Acetone Blender 8. Not sure yet
Any suggestions for the 8th oz?

thats a pretty damned good list, i assume blended means blender hash? the nice thing about the tumbling and the bubble, is that when you are done you can still oil the material. when you dry out the wet material from the bubble process, gently press and absorb out as much water as possible, and then spread the material out on a screen and let it air dry for about 2-3 days before you oil it. quick drying will affect the flavour of the oil, but also be careful you dont have it too damp. i am pretty sure you know the drill as for the blender hash, i say swap that with a BHO if you have a honeybee and some filtered butane. or maybe even do some charas. after you are done tumbling your dry sifted material you can rub it in your hands for a while and then do the same with the untouched ounce. just know that there will be a decent amount lost on your hands after scraping it off your palms unless you wash your hands in the iso that you plan to use for your quick rinses. maybe set aside some different oils and some keif to make some guppy goo. and when you do your bubble bags, the 73 micron, and 90 micron screens will give you your best quality hash ( heard from bubble man himself ) so feel free to use the rougher grade stuff for iso or butane if you really wanna keep your stash high grade only. save ALL your "spent" material after you are done and then do a longer iso soak (24-48 hours) to COMPLETELY strip evertyhing ( yes, bad shit included) and use that for isomerizing since the process will remove any unwanted materials. i cant wait to see the results!
