White/Black poly (plastic) is available at most hydroponic stores.
I can't really comment on strains , as many with the same name bear no further resemblance , however I have grown White Rhino in the past , and found it to be a stretchy plant. Every strain has it's own likes and dislikes , which will manifest differently , depending on the conditions that they are grown in. It's for you to discover how your choice needs to be tended. The whole trick of Vert growing , is to make sure that you fill the space , floor to ceiling . The faster the better , so choosing a lanky stretchy strain could achieve this faster. My harvesting crop maxed out at 37 inches , a bit small , but necessary for my timing. The room at 2 weeks had the luxury of veging for a bit longer , and most plants there are 40-46 inches tall , which is awesome , as they will touch the ceiling , and the lower branches have reached the floor and are now growing along the floor (with much bending and training.
