how big do you let your plants get GREEN B, before you switch to 12&12,and what size pots you using

Well , this time I actually measured them that day. The couple that were shorter ,were 19" , the majoity were 25" , with several 27" .

The first 3 grows were in "2 gallon" pots , but I just upgraded to "3 gallon" (softwalls ,because they were a bit wide for the shelves) .(in "" marks , because a 2 gallon pot holds about a gallon and a half). I had to water every other day in week 5-8 , with one week at the end where they dried out every 24 hours . When I unpotted the roots after harvest , they were the healthiest white mass that I had ever seen . I am hoping that the bigger pots will give me that little extra size I want , while also allowing 2-3 days between waterings. Remember I have 2 of these rooms , side by side , so the tending gets to be full time there sometimes

the 3 gallon pots will make all the difference in the world,about a oz per plant extra,i grew in 3 gallon pots and 2, the 2 were better in the flat garden i found the light didn't penatrate down 3', but with the WOG the 3 gallon pots will be perfect, cause they will get lots of light down on the lower branches my rule of thumb was, 1 foot of growth per gallon pot so your good for a nice 3'er,here's 1 pic from the old flat garden,2 gallon pots

Hey Green Bastard, isn't the square layout kinda of awkward. Wouldn't a circle be better? I'm thinkin tubular wall of green.
