Does anyone with IBS or IBD feel that marijuana truly helps heal, or if it just helps with the symptoms?

In my PERSONAL experience with IBS/IBD, cannabis is a blessing for the symptoms and in reducing flare-ups.
I think of cannabis as preventive medicine, and as an analgesic/anti-spasmodic - but not a cure in my case.

does anyone know of a strain that will help treat tourette's syndrome?..my wife has a minor case, but it had recently gotten worse, and shes on risperdal and would much rather use marijuana to treat it because the risperdal doesnt even seem to be helping her much...i just dont know what strain would be best...indica im sure but wanted to check and see if anyone knew one in particular...if not, does anyone know of a good website to find what diffirent strains treat what diseases? thanks

I've tried it four times for my colitis and it has helped each time... But my doctor tells me there's no way it helps for the pain etc. Couldn't get a card out of him if my life depended on it. Quite seriously.

Hi there, do you still help ppl apply for medical marijuana? My girlfriend in the past four years has been diagnosed with stomach cancer, an operable brain tumor and fibromyalga. Her Dr. doesn't believe in this form of therapy. She has been self medicating but would like to be able to do so legally. Some days its all that she can do that will make her hungry. If you don't help ppl anymore could you direct me to someone who may? Thanks for for time. Gary
