I cleaned my tube today and I used ISO 70% thats all I had salt and hot H2o here are the before shots

oh yea, I also used that magnet bong cleaner tool thingy

IMO the bong buddy mag system sucks.. The mag needs to be convex rather then the shape it is now.. a convex mag would allow the mag to touch more surface area in the tube.. what Ive found is it smears and streaks the inside of the glass.. sometimes Ill use mine to take away the calcium buildup from hard water.. clean tube is a happy tube... think Ill go clean one of mine now..

I thought the bong buddy worked pretty good and that micro mag. that worked great to clean inside the slide, I was all out of pipe cleaners, so I had no choice. I just ran it around all the goo and then rinsed it out, then I swirlled around 1 cup of hot ISO all inside the tube with the stem plugged. and then rinsed it out with hot water. and it sparkled for about one hour. but I like the bong buddy just for those hard to reach places and for $8 i thought it was a good deal

I ended up cleaning like 5 pipes yestersay
I pretty much made my entire house smell like a dirty bong

try adding way more salt then you normally do.. scrubs a bit better and Ive found no need for the buddy unless Im trying to get the calcium deposit off..
note I also keep my tubes extremely clean.. cleaned literally before EVERY use..

I went away for a little while and came back to a seriously dirty bong! Iso and salt and lots of swishing.

ya ever clean out your glass and see chunks come out that just make ya wanna hurl. i'm wincing just thinking about it

A clean pipe, bong, glass whatever you use for smoking smoke cleaner and you will lose less lung coughing too.
