I can buy a huge bottle of scope for $5 I suppose but this tiny bottle of ISO that I bought was $3 !!!

If you're using isopropyl alcohol on wounds Ohigho....I think I will look after my own cuts thanks.

I get bottles of ISO for $.79. Just tried rock salt worked really well. 25 Lb. bag for like $8

well like pretty much everyone here iso seems to work best for me, and its cheap.. cant beat that .. after that i give it a rinse with hot water then mouthwash for taste...:)

i used to always just use ISO and salt. that is until i tried Orange Chronic cleaner. I always thought ISO and salt did just a good of job of cleaningmy double bubbler but it just wasnt so. After I tried that Orange Chronic cleaner I was amazed and never went back to using ISO and kosher salt. Sure the professional cleaner costs more but you can reuse it. I usually use the bottle 3 times over before I toss it.

Why's that? Rubbing alcohol has been used to clean cuts and scraps for a long time.

Here's a tip for a more potent mix.. microwave the ISO shortly.. it doesnt require long to get it to bubble as ISO has a lower boiling point then water.. gonna go clean one up now..

I would have thought the same..works great.. dont be intimidated by it.. we have been doing it for years.. also note I put it in a glass measuring cup so its not enclosed in the bottle like you made it seem..
