Yeah Everclear is expensive and not everyone can buy it in there state, don't know about Canadian liquor laws. I have to drive an hour into another state to get it. But it works ridiculously fast and well. I pour a caps worth into my bong or one of my bubblers swish it around for a minute and then rinse it out with water and I'd say in that 60 seconds that it cleans it to about 90% or better. Thick chunks of resin take maybe another minute but anything less just dissolves into the Everclear instantly.

But again, I guess I say that for information purposes. I know that ISO and Kosher salt works well enough. (But nat as fast as Everclear IMO)

Everclear is nice for tinctures and oil too.

I used to soak all my stems in everclear in a mason jar, for like a year and then made oil. I love oil we burn it right off a hot coal, a very effective way to get high!

Scope cheaper than ISO...I don't think so...lol. Where can you get a big bottle of scope for 90 cents. I have never seen that low of a price.
