Yeah after I posted, it all made sense. I should have realised but I guess I assume most of Canada is like Ontario where I'm from.

Calgary is still in the caveman days with cannabis activism.
That will change with the passing of time. We will make sure of that.

This is a great read, as it is one of the many ideas that I have wanted to start, it was extremely informative. I would love to talk to some of the owners of the establishments that were talked about in the article, in regards to the challenges they faced in getting their business running, their best practices in regards to police / legal issues, etc...

Does anyone have any information they could give on the legal issues involved with the "smoke lounge" that was mentioned in the article, such as. Legal accountability for the owner/manager, proper actions for police visit, and also if anyone has information pertaining to the legal issues in Alberta with the smoking ban.
