All the hard work has paid off. The Saskatchewan Marijuana Party has been registered as a provincial political party in the province of Saskatchewan.

It is important to note that The Saskatchewan Marijuana Party is not yet prepared to make any public statement due to the Weyburn-Big Muddy by-election currently in progress. We will be more than happy to speak to members of the press on the 20th of this month.

Unfortunately, I can't really elaborate much on that statement but what I can say is thank you so much to all of you who have supported our efforts thus far. There is much more to come and we know we can depend on the support of a great number of people here and abroad.

I don't know if we have any file photos of Nathan Holowaty, our party leader. I think I will contact Ken Sailor after I'm done posting here to see if we can't arrange some photos for Sunday.

In the mean time, our commemorative T-Shirts of which only 100 will be produced are in increasingly limited supply. The party is exceptional thankful to all those who have currently place pre-orders, you are all providing us with our very beginning finances.
