Like I said before there's no reason to have all these meetings. I see were still looking for the costs of one event, the board is suppose to be using the site for this but then people don't go to it and post anything. How many prices have been put up? I've said it many times that no one talks in our group. scared to post the costs of this or that leaves things undone like we have now, how many went to the open house so they could meet some of the other groups in the city?
You talk about standing outside to collect signatures but all you have to do is meet some of the other groups then you can go around each week and pick up the signatures. I don't know why your all gung ho about standing outside to get them when having ten people inside collecting them works much better. I've been asking the group for stuff since I joined and haven't gotten anything. you talk about Robbies rules of order but do we follow them.

Phone calls work great for getting to know people send them an e-mail then follow up with a visit, then another e-mail thanking them for the time seems to work.

So far as I know, the committee chair does have most of the costs outlined...but my involvment with that project is minimal...I want to focus on party registration.

I wanted to type out a long tirade but honestly, this is foolish. Go sit and think about all of this and think about what a disservice this is to the party. I hope your attitude will undergo some serious reform.

This is aggrevating to say the least. You're 10- steps ahead and while that's admirable in a way, it's also creating division and angst. Ask for some blank petition sheets if you need them, drop them off at places you know. That's all I can suggest for now.

Disservice? Hows that? The party hasn't grown if you go to our site nothing is posted.

The last I saw in the minutes was that more needed to be done and very few of the costs have been found. If things were posted as they are suppose to be then we'd know where we stand. If people can't or don't have time to put the stuff up then give it to me but like I said I'm still waiting. Moe said he had some stuff for me over a month ago still haven't got it. We need people that keep everything open and visable but none of this is being done. We set up a site to work from across the province and most don't even bother to write done stuff they've done so others don't do the same thing.

Like I said we should have ten prices of the things we need for the concert, were are they?

The executive council minutes don't include costs because the executive council isn't the concert committee.

Not sure where you get the idea that people are closed off. I'm just getting the impression that people aren't devoting 24 hours of their day to the SKMP. I'm done with this nonsense Sam.

Who said anything about the minutes containing the costs, you must stop this adding your own thoughts to what I'm writing, the site is suppose to have this stuff up so people know whats done.
I ask and ask but it don't mean much still asking for the samethings I started asking for.

Sam, I am reluctant to post in this mess because it's quite frustrating to even read, let alone become involved in, but you are not making much sense.. The only person who seems to feel like they are "closed off" is you, and that's probably because you don't come to all of the "unimportant" meetings. Everything you are complaining about has been discussed at our meetings which you choose not to attend.

Also, about contacting people, well, that's not our job. I wasn't contacted to join this group, nor was anybody that I am aware of.. I believe we all found our own way to the party by contacting others ourselves... To tell you the truth, I would feel very uncomfortable calling up a complete stranger and asking him to come to a marijuana party meeting.

And about giving you a ride, I say, get your own ride. Not everyone has time to drive out of the way to pick you up, and drive you home. We all have to make our own way to the meetings, why don't you? I understand it'd be nice to get a ride from someone who's already going, but it's not always possible.

I don't believe this needs to be discussed here anymore. Bring it to the next meeting if you have something to complain about.. that way we all know what's going on.

On a side note, I may not be able to attend this sunday because it would be my birthday on saturday and I may be a little.. um... un-well.. I also want to catch the 60 Minutes with Emery on it which airs on sunday.

Now as the communications officer it would be nice to know about these meetings else where then here. I still have not recieved an e-mail about any meeting, the last e-mail I've gotten is from ethen on the 14th.
Maybe if I wasn't disabled I walk up to the U. But the governemnt doesn't give me enough morphine.

I started this so we could talk I've sent Pm's to people but haven't gotten answers, so now this is the most any of you have said anything to me in over two weeks. But out of the 10 only 4 of of us are talking.
