Anyhow, we have not been having an executive council meeting every week, it has been every two weeks. Once a month was mentioned and not that I don't think it's a bad idea...but to keep everyone on the same page, I think an executive council meeting every two weeks is fine.

Also...not sure what you mean when you say that people on our site voted in favour of weekends...Sunday is a weekend day.

Additionally, all those on the executive have been notified by email...do you not check yours?

Sorry I wasn't able to reply earlier...I have been too sick to even go upstairs in my own home lately.

I am not going to be attending the meeting tonight.
The Daytona 500 is on today, and being a NASCAR fan
for as long as I can remember, this is the Super Bowl.

I am not going to be attending this meeting either as I simply am not feeling at all well. As if things weren't bad enough, now one of my widom teeth has decided to go to town on my mouth. Goody!

Anyhow, you guys should ick a new chair tonight for the meeting and I have called Nathan to ask that he focus on a few points of discussion tonight. I'm very sorry I won't be there but I simply can not bring myself to attend.

The meeting went well, had a good discussion. Too bad you didn't make it Psycho, hope you get well soon.. The meeting wasn't all too "important" though, most of the information we went over had already been discussed by many of us, just not all together as a group.

Sam, I'm confused about your comments like psycho was.. Sunday is a weekend.. The meetings are every two weeks on Sundays, and every week between that we've been getting together at Osheas for constituency forms..

I think the reason we meet every week is that there is always work to do for the party, and some people want to contribute more than others. You don't have to come every week or even every second week if you don't want to if you can only make once a month that is fine too.

Thats what I mean why meet and talk about what needs to be done each week. I go to our site everyday and no new members, no new contacts and very little at all being posted. We've been working on pamphlets for over a month now and we don't even have a draft. Some of the stuff thats been posted most members haven't even looked at it yet, Why? I don't even think the whole board has registered at the site, also a Why?
10 minutes a day isn't that much is it?
Hows the Wild Ride to van doing? Still posted here as a go but nobody went or told others here that it was cancelled, Why?

You know sam, maybe you should talk about this at a meeting. I understand your fondness for comittee work, but some of us just like getting things done instead.

Maybe while we are all travelling to support Tom this wednesday, March 1st, you could post some of all those contacts and stuff you have made or maybe a list of the new members you have brought in.
