Amphetamine? Sure, there's a reason to put that in.
Strychnine, why? How would this enhance the trip? About the only reason I can think of is that styrchnine would be more readily available than some other sort of inactive binder--maybe something that happened once or twice due to chance, but hardly something anyone would go out of his way to do.

I'm trying my hardest, but I can't even find anti-drug propaganda sites that tell people to beware of strychnine in LSD...of course it's not impossible...but the evidence does not look favourable.

Funny thing was, last "barrels" I took were quite pure, and that was as recent as 1996-97. These were infamous "hog- farm" barrels, and for all intents and purposes were as close to eating sunlight as I think humans will ever get.
Chemical anaylsis of it (via LEO's, thank you boys, har har) showed only LSD. These tests were not an assay to determine purtiy, but they did rule out meth and a lot of other compounds.
No, the only thing these were cut with was powdered milk.

I tried to make lsd/lsa, I used morning glory that i bought from a hardware store and used the cold water extraction method that i got from a friend. these seed were coated with some kind of pesticide or fungicide, unknowingly to me. i ended up eating the the stuff and although i was really high and trippin, the pesticide/fungicide made me the sickest i have ever been. I sat on the toilette all night with molten lava diareaha, while i vomited the entire contents of my stomach (and probly some from my upper intestines). it was probably the worst i have ever felt in my life. Drug contamination is used as a scare tactic to keep youth from trying. Lsd is not cut with strychnine. The only people I would be afraid would put additives into drugs would be the US government. That is like buying weed that is dusted. Do you think coke or crank is so cheap drug dealers just sprinkle like a frickin fairy? Hell no you gotta pay for that.

Interesting thought, morning glory seeds get you high and I can buy them for 33 cents a package, no crime, cops can come into my home and find tons of them and they wouldn't be able to do anything about it??????

2c-i is in the same family of psychedelics as mescaline, mda/mdma, stp and other "2c" analouges. its nature is that of a stimulant, as it acts upon the epinephrine/norepinephrine (adrenaline) neurons.

i had the chance to sample a small amount, a few years back. i was very impressed. it had an mda like feel to it. it was definately more psychedelic than an average mdma pill, in my opinion.... and was in no way like taking straight meth or some other type of amphetamine. it barely had a mescaline-like feel to it. although i didn't notice anything visual (except for increasing the vividness and brightness of colors), it had a very strong body rush. it put me in a very euphoric mood and motivated me to take a long walk. i remember it was early in the morning (sunrise) and i walked barefoot along the grassy median of the highway (looking back, this waSn't a good idea ). the song of the morning birds and the wet mist kissing my feet was well appreciated and enjoyed. i had a great time and would do it again if i could.

read erowid and be safe with the dosage. its best to start with a tiny, little pile and see how it affects you... then to dive into the deep end

A couple of things:

I don't think Hoffman used LSA to make LSD. He used ergotamine from ergot. It was available in quantity. If you are interested in LSD, give hoffman's book LSD: my problem child a read. http://www.psychedelic-library.org/child.htm

If you are interested in psychedelic chemistry.. You should take a look at Shulgin's books Phikal and Thikal. Thikal deals with tryptamines including LSD -25. He gives procedures for manufacture but without a chem background I doubt you could just cook them up in your kitchen.

The manufacture of LSD is pretty challenging even for some one with chemical knowledge.Some of the reactants are very dangerous. There are a few different ways but most begin with an ergotamine salt as the starting point.
