4 tablespoons cannabis butter or oil
1 1/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Preheat oven to 350° F. Grease muffin pan or add paper muffin liners. Recipe makes 12-16 cupcakes.
In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder and salt. Set dry mixture aside. In another large bowl cream together the cannabis butter or oil and the sugar. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating the mixture until well combined. Stir in the vanilla. Add the dry mixture and the milk alternately. Beat well until mixture has a uniform consistency. Pour mixture into muffin cups filling each one 3/4 full.
Bake at 350°F for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes then add your favorite frosting.

I snaked this info off grass city's forums:
2 heaped tbsp ground marijuana
1/2 pint whole milk
For "mother's milk," marijuana is ground until it is as powdery as flour. Two heaping tablespoons can be stirred into 1/2 pint milk--not lowfat milk.
This is then simmered in a crockpot for at least two hours, ideally all day or overnight.
It can be seasoned with nutmeg, cinnamon, chocolate, or vanilla.
A standard dose is 1/8 cup--1/4 cup. You can carry it around in a thermos. Additional amounts can be stored as you would milk, for longer-term preservation, it can be frozen.
I'm sure there are many methods for milk infusions others will share - perhaps even some who use who cannabis and then strain-out their plant material.
Everyone I've known who has experimented with "mother's milk," has claimed they get EXTREMELY high from it... be careful and have fun!

I use 1 ounce of trimmings with 2 cups of milk
bring the milk to just a boil, do not scald it. add timmings, stir well and simmer on low for 20 mins, stirring occasionally, remove from heat and allow to sit for 30 mins, stirring occasionally. allow to cool completely, strain and viola! you now have infused milk to drink or make things with.
I infuse any and all fats I wish to cook with.
