that is a good start. everyone has had dark moments. just keep going. it's all we can do. vent it out. focus on things that make you happy. for me it's quiet walks in the woods. find your happy place. remember you are not alone.

I recommend fiding a white paper and placing it bellow the leaves and then SHAKING to see if anythign falls off.
Afterwards, mist your plants thoroughly; this will not remove the problem, but is a temporary measure until someone more knowledge-able can help you figure out what the problem is.
