Cooking with Bubble hash

Any body got any good recipes for cooking with bubble hash? Any special ways to add the hash to the recipe (ie butter) ? Cookies are coming out good just not very strong ? A little help in the kitchen would be nice. thanks all.

Use more bubble hash.

I'd let it dissolve in melted butter first then add it to the recipe. I made some a while ago with dry sift kief and just added it direct to the dry ingredients. The first batch was a little weak. Like 3 cookies to get a decent buzz so I just doubled up on the kief the second time and they were much better.

I have gotten excellent results with bubblehash
by converting it to the delta9 stage exactly like I would trim....before I add it to any recipe.

most cookies and such dont cook long enough and low enough to develope a robust cannabanoid like delta9.

Wow! Those must be some kick-ass cookies. I used about 5 grams of 180, (finest screen I've got), and two small cookies had me medicated nicely for 5 or 6 hours.

Actually I only use about 1/3 lb of butter per batch so if using some like yours it would be about 35% stronger if the pot was of equal strength.

But then again, I'm a light toker so my tolerance is pretty low. shadestoke

for the BEST results in your THC and canabanoid activation, first place your weed, in what ever form you are using, in a pyrex oven safe bakingdish and heat at 200 F for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally, and this will activate the goods inside, and then if you use it in oil, say for salad dressing, it is already activated and has a killer kick.

Also, another thing I do with the butter, is after I have strained the matter from the butter, I re-heat it to a slow boil for clarafication purposed.(first it was an accident,) but the finished product was a clearer, smoother, and more potent butter than I have EVER had.

WOW is all I could say when it was all done and ready to use.
Many a compliment from my butter....

ok, so at 300 for 30 Tim tells me, so I am on that one for now!

he says you get 95% of the cbc's and cbn's and thc.....goin' that way next time!

weedwitch rolladoobie is saying she makes cannabutter then clarify s it. I think it is easier to clarify before making cannabutter. I do agree with you that depending on what you were making would depend on whether or not to clarify though>

Gotcha... yeah IF you're clarifying, I too suggest doing it FIRST.
The other way around, and you're skimming THC-Infused milk fat out.

well.....I don't claim to be an expert on cooking with it by any means.....always learning I am.....thatwas an accident and thought I would share

since 90% of what happens in my kitchen is an experiment, anything is possible!

My best recent Cannabutter was made in a rice cooker.

I used 1 lb of un-salted butter. Let the cooker bring it to a boil, then skimmed off any foam.

A QP of trim simmering for 12 hours made killer cookies.

After the 12 hours I put the pot of butter in the freezer 'til I woke up. I had about 2 cups of RO water in there with the boil during the cook.

The butter was a hard yellow layer on top and the ugly veg layer was easily scraped off and the butter preserved in an old honey container. Out of 454 grams of butter I got 393 grams of cannabutter. 175 grams in a double batch of oatmeal cookies gave me 52 cookies. 2 of those got me baked for 5-6 hours.

This was with KaliMist. Strong Sativa. Almost hallucinogenic after a half hour.

I prefer using my dry sift kief, 180 micron sieve, at 5 grams/single batch of cookies. Like the single batch in your mom's cook book or what's on the back of your choco-chip bag.

With kief there is no need to make cannabutter.

Baking the cookies will activate the Delta 9 THC no problem.

Use butter, my fave, or any oil to make the THC more easily assimilated for a better, longer trip.

Wash down fresh out of the oven with a big glass of milk for the ultimate pot cookie trip!

Don't be a pig tho. Too many cookies can really mess you up.

Try two when you're straight and see what happens. If you're a real stoner, think about your friends that may be freaked with your dose.

I have serious issues with a Sativa heavy dose. Smoking is dealt with in a half hour. Too much edibles and it's like a bad acid trip for me. Maybe your friend too so take care and use responsibly!

thank you labrat for your in depth informaton. I am working on my exact measurements for MY tolerance....as it takes ME more of my concoctions than it does your average bear. right now I do not use as much trim/bud ratio as you...this weeks butter I made was 2 oz of bud and sugar leaf to 2 lbs butter....as any more would have become a paste not a butter....lol

I will try using the 160 and 120 in a 28 g ratio lol maybe that will put the kick in the cookies lol. Half way there so shouldnt be long to find out. if not i will experiment with some butter or oil recipes you have suggested . but thanks for all the great comments you guys and gals are great. what a great community of friends willing to help. happy new years to all

I have made cookies a few times and they were good but looked like st patty day cookies, nice lime green color with a nice after taste but the buzz was short lived. so i had to switch to brownies to blend the green color lol . ty novice from the novice in the kitchen....

that cook book will be the next purchase...
