6" square pots.
Get them deep 1's if possible to give added room for roots...like i can buy 6" x 6" x 9" deep, would be perfect IMO -

This SOG method has me intrigued also. I've been reading up on it, but I'm sorry I can't be of much help. From what I gather, the pot should really not exceed 6" tall.
The size of the containers you grow it in seems to depend on how often you want to feed and water.

the bigger the pot, the more yeild per plant. get at least 1 gal pots, and up to 2 gal pots. or course they need to be 6" if you want 4 per square foot.

i recomend getting 6" pvc pipe and making some custom sized pots. just cot the length, and slap on some bottoms.

Okay I am currently in a sea of green now, so what you need is 5 GALLON buckets for the mothers, and 6'X 6" x 9" pots for the plants that you move into flowering room. All the rest can be whatever size fits best in your space. Because all that really matters is 1. That your mothers have enough space to supply you with the clones you need and 2. that when you repot your clones to go into flower they have enough room to finish at a decent size. I do not know where the other person got the plants should not be over 6" when finished??? I have never heard of that, plus one more thing you will need to veg them longer then 1 week after roots, more like 2 weeks or even 3 depending on your strain and how much yeild you want per plant.

If you make the pots yourself or buy them here are the dimensions and volumes.

Build frames out of 1" by 2"'s and use grow bags instead of pots. You can make them as deep as you like but I would not go over 18".

1. I think I was thinking of SCROG, _screen_ of green.

2. It was a JOKE, and I apologize if it coused any confusion. The question was phased "how big should my pot be" or something to the effect that my first though was that "pot" referred to the plant, not the container. I am a window grower who would someday like to have some 10 foot tall indoor plants, just because it would be amusing.

Now, how to do this with 8 foot high ceilings is another matter.
