  1. Hemp Plastic

I'm looking to start up a company that sells hemp plastic pellets for industrial use. However I cannot find any information on the process for produceing plastic from hemp.
  2. Its a simple law of physics. Any time one form of energy is converted into another form of energy there is a net loss Processing hemp into fuel requires processing equipment likely fueled by hemp and photosynthesis which produces the hemp. Essentially the primary source of all your energy from hemp comes from photosynthesis so wouldn't solar energy stored in the form of HHO gas be more practical.
  3. The problem with alternative energy sources is the law of diminishing returns. Which means that it takes more energy to produce fuel then you get from consuming said fuel. The oil you use to fuel your cars took hundreds of millions of years to produce. 1 gallon of gasoline is the equivalent of 600 man hours of physical labor. We will never find an energy source as abundant as fossil fuels. Cheap oil has allowed us to become the most decadent civilization in history. It has allowed globalization and shipping around the world. It has aloud us to artificially expand the food supply which lead to overpopulation. We not only need to find alternative energy solutions but we must dial back our uses for energy and learn to be more self-sufficient as we were in the past before oil.
  4. What Would Obama Do About Marijuana In A 2nd Term?

Why is there even a president in the first place. Shouldn't the Congress and the Senate be able to run the country without a commander-n-chief.
  5. I was wondering what the community thinks of LSD. How addictive is it, how dangerous is it, how available is it compared to pot. I have read some perty horrible story's, on the other hand such story's come from the same source as the reefer maddness BS. If anyone here has ever experimented with LSD I'd like to hear your opinion of it.
  6. Sixties Cannabis Culture Thread

That has got to be the worst PR stunt ever performed.
  7. First of all nature doesn't just flick on a switch and boom... "ICE AGE" This takes thousands of years of gradual change in weather and I doubt it can be sped up by anything done by us. Nor do we have to worry about an ICE AGE in our lifetimes.
  8. Mail for Marc!

Marc should get intouch with these guys. I'm sure they'd be quite interested in the fact that Marc can no-longer say "Demonstration" in his letters. http://www.aclu.org/blog/prisoners-rights/youve-got-no-mail

  10. Photography

Well I've been getting into photography lately and figured I'd share some of the results with the community. The camera I used was a Pentax K1000 with a 50mm f\2 lens. So any other tokin photographers here. Fun with Photoshop My weapon of choice (srry about the over exposure, I used my dad's digital and I have no idea how to turn off the flash.)
  11. Pics: growers/dealers/ users/drugs

I once not knowing what I was doing, drank the watter straight from the bong. Protip: Never leave a bottle of pepsi next to the bong
  12. Can the drug war be called "Genocide"?

It could be considered genocide, as it does involve attempting to destroy a group of people. I'd avoid the use of the word genocide as that brings up memory of things such as the holocaust and Rwanda, although there are places in the world where cannabis users are treated as such. Saying such things in the western world when addressing a traditionally ignorant audience could backfire no matter how true it is. Instead the best ammo we can use here in the western world would be to bring up how drug prohibition fuels street violence, and organized crime. These are issues that the average voter is thrust into everyday, and can relate to.

  15. List of Politicians who (oppose or support) pot

I still haven't gotten any reply to my email I sent to Scott Andrews. I've decided to officially start the list based off what's available in the media. Those of you who contribute, please maintain the following format, use one post per politician, and cite sources.
